Caring for Redwood

• Regular Cleaning: wipe the wooden surface with a soft, damp cloth and use mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers.
• Maintaining the color of Redwood: Redwood naturally ages from warm red to a rustic grey over time. This does not make the material any less durable, but may be less attractive to some. To preserve the original color, apply a light coat of tung oil or a transparent wood sealant once a year or more as needed. We recommend using natural oils to maintain redwood furniture.
• Preventing staining: To prevent stains and discoloration from spills and food, wipe up messes right away before they are able to set in. Redwood is durable and sturdy, but wood is porous and can become discolored if substances like oil or paint aren't cleaned up immediately.

Caring for Galvanized Steel:

• Regular Cleaning: wipe the wooden surface with a soft, damp cloth and use mild soap.
• Preventing corrosion: The zinc coating on galvanized steel resists rust, so keeping the coating intact is the key to preventing rust and discoloration. Avoid using steel wool and heavy abrasives, and galvanized steel will last a lifetime.

Caring for Cast Iron Casters:

• Clean Regularly: On a regular basis use a cloth and/or brush to wipe down the wheels
• Maintaining Movement To keep the casters moving smoothly, occasionally move the item so that the casters get a chance to swivel and move. As part of regular maintenance, apply a light household lubricant to the axles and brakes to keep them rolling smoothly.

Shipping Process

All orders of Lee Display handmade reclaimed Redwood furniture ship fully assembled via freight. Here is what you need to know to ensure an easy delivery:

• There must be someone present at the shipping address for delivery.
• Phone Number and email are information required for Freight Delivery, as the freight delivery driver will call/email to schedule the delivery once the shipment has arrived at the local destination terminal.
  
• After processing and assembling your order, transit time typically takes 5-8 days.
  
• When the shipment has arrived at the local destination terminal, the freight company will call and/or email the contact information provided during checkout to schedule delivery.
• Freight companies will not leave your order unattended at your front doorstep without someone being there to receive it.  If you may have any issues or concerns receiving your table, please reach out.

Additional Shipping Details

• No Assembly Required: This gardening workbench ships fully built on a pallet via a freight company.  
  
• This is a heavy, unwieldy item. We recommend having at least two able-bodied people present to assist with with unpacking and moving the table when it arrives.
  
• During the Holiday seasons, manufacturing and production times can take between 5-14 business days.  For more detailed information regarding the estimated delivery date for your order, give us a call or email us.
• Delivery Time is location-dependent, but most orders are delivered within 5-8 days of shipping out.

Lee Display products do not come with an additional warranty. The natural materials used to build these products are extremely sturdy and last a lifetime with proper use.

Every product has a 30-day return window, but there may be a restocking fee for larger items that require significant upfront costs to return or exchange.
