• Steel Pocketed Coils: Up to 1,220 zoned pocketed steel coils make up the supportive base core. Steel is infinitely recyclable and provides a durable, supportive foundation instead of petroleum-based plastic cores.

Your Whisper Mattress is built the slow way, using authentic natural materials designed to last. A few simple care habits will keep it feeling fresh and supportive for years to come!

Unbox Promptly: Please plan to unbox your mattress within two weeks of delivery so the natural materials can breathe and settle into shape.

Do Not Flip: Your mattress features a thoughtful single-sided design, with supportive pocketed coils on the bottom and plush organic comfort layers on top. Flipping it would place the support layer where the soft comfort should be. (Note: You can occasionally rotate it head-to-toe if desired!)

The Break-In Period: Natural materials settle over time. The wool and cotton layers will naturally soften over the first 30 to 60 days as they respond to your body and regular use.

Choose the Right Foundation: Pair your mattress with a ventilated platform bed or a slatted frame (slats at least 2 inches wide and no more than 3 inches apart). Avoid traditional box springs, which can flex and interfere with hybrid support. For Queen and King sizes, a center support leg is essential to prevent middle sagging.
