• Roll your mat up loosely, do not fold/crease it.
• Cork is naturally antimicrobial, preventing germ and odor buildup. For a for a deeper clean, simply spray with a natural mat cleaner and let air dry
• Weekly cleaning is recommended for light workouts, more frequently with intense sessions
• With extensive use, surface cracking may occur: don't worry! This is purely visual and does not affect the feel or durability of the mat
• Since this mat is biodegradable and will (eventually) decompose, prolong its life by avoiding direct sunlight and extended water exposure
• The mat carrier can be washed by hand or machine washed. Hang or lay flat to air dry.
